Products and Merchandise

Lionisticly® offers original merchandise and other products related to the Lionisticly® brand and its Be it. Do it. Live it.® philosophy.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors, placement, proportions, and other visual details shown in photographs or mockups may vary slightly from the physical product because of differences in production, materials, screens, and manufacturing processes.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product availability, or inaccurate order information.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to eligible addresses within the shipping regions offered at checkout. Shipping and processing timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees.

Lionisticly® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

For voluntary returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact services@lionisticly.com within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs when requested. Lionisticly® will cover the reasonable cost of correcting an order when the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please contact us before returning merchandise so that return instructions can be provided.

Coaching and Personal Growth Services

Lionisticly® provides transformative coaching, motivational speaking, personal-growth resources, and related services.

Lionisticly® coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis services. Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Information provided through this website, coaching services, products, resources, or speaking engagements is intended for personal development and educational purposes and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Coaching Scheduling and Third-Party Platforms

Lionisticly® may use third-party platforms to schedule, communicate about, or facilitate coaching services. Use of those platforms may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

Lionisticly®, its logos, slogans, original designs, written content, graphics, products, materials, and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to Lionisticly® and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Lionisticly® intellectual property without prior written permission.
